lady gaga wannabe but a wonderful little plant & one of my favorite things to grow (and honestly, one of the few plants i can't kill).
i've been scratching my head for a cheap yet eco-friendly favor idea to give out to guests for our bertunang ceremony when it finally hit me: why not share with our guests my love for the wonders of pegaga (or
centella asiatica) which i've blogged about
here too!
it's a wonderfully easy plant to care for as long as you remember to water it (just keep it near your kitchen sink or bathroom if you're forgetful like me) & it looks so amazingly lush. it can be eaten raw as
ulam or added into salads or
kerabu. for days such as these days when it's so hot, the leaves of the pegaga can be blended into a drink and drunk to cool the body. you can read more about this wondrous plant
